Understanding Women In Leadership

We must understand that God's creative work was not finished until He created woman. God could have made her from the dust just as he made man, but God chose to make woman from man's flesh and bone. To make her from man's flesh and bone also demonstrates for us that in marriage man and woman symbolically become one flesh. God forms and equips both men and women for various tasks which leads to the same goal and that's to-Honor God. Man gives life to woman and woman gives life to the world. Each role carries exclusive privileges, there is no room for thinking that, one sex is superior to the other.
