  The Inner Marriage
  

  
  (Merging of the Masculine and Feminine—‘coniunctio’)

  As we draw closer to the ascension, that place in time and space, arbitrator of transcendence---2012, we find that there is a phenomena that is taking place in lives of those who are sensitive to the energies coming forth and visiting us. The energies are threading through us like a personal labyrinth and will help us merge our mas(The masculine and  feminine characteristics to where there is no predominant matriarchy or patriarchy.  This process will be the language of our individual sexuality in the future, the merging of the inner life, the male/female merged within.

   

   In Jungian psychology, Carl Jung felt strongly that in order to become whole one had to go within and merge all parts of self that represented the inner male, inner female, before one could have a ‘whole’ outer relationship…..If one doesn’t do this, one is a victim of one’s own projections and false idealism about the ‘intimate other’.

  Carl Jung defined coniunctio in the following terms which come from his studies in Alchemy:

  “Accordingly, the coniunctio [the unio corporalis] appears here as the union of a consciousness (spirit), differentiated by self-knowledge, with a spirit abstracted from previously unconscious contents. One could also regard the latter as a quintessence of fantasy-images that enter consciousness either spontaneously or through active imagination and, in their totality, represent a moral or intellectual viewpoint contrasting with, or compensating, that of consciousness. To begin with, however, these images are anything but ‘moral’ or ‘intellectual’; they are more or less concrete visualizations that first have to be interpreted.”

  When you make the two into one, and when you make the inner like the outer and the outer like the inner, and the upper like the lower, and when you make male and female into a single one, so that the male will not be male nor the female be female, when you make eyes in place of an eye, a hand in place of a hand, a foot in place of a foot, an image in place of an image, then you will enter the Kingdom.

  As we look more closely as this merging of selves/Selves into a whole, we will see that all parts of our existences since the beginning of time are beginning to be known to us through dreams, fantasies, emerging paradigms speaking to these phenomena. We have known for many eons of time that we are all part of a larger whole, all split into parts of personas, billions of personas spread all over the world.  And now more souls are incarnate than ever before, drawing the parts of their history, roots, other selves back to them no longer worrying about sequencing, time and space. This is a quantum reality that is occurring now and one must truly think out of the box, or it will create a sort of 2012 neurosis, as there is no pre existing definition for what is happening. People are grappling with addictions and all sorts of situations that are blocking their spiritual paths and yet they are reaching for their own ‘spirits’ in many ways.

  We are often self-sabotaging in ‘claiming’ our spiritual existence of all personae and souls into ONE. One of my favorite Jungians, Marion Woodman says this drives us to our personal addictions:

  “Many people in our society are being driven to addictions because there is no collective container for their natural spiritual needs.  Their natural propensity for transcendent experience, for ritual, for connection greater than their own, is being distorted into addictive behavior.”

  What does this emergence, convergence and infusion of all souls into one, look like?  Many feel that is like some kind of multiple personality infusion/confusion and others feel it might be an ET phenomena. Still others have formed paradigms to allow this energy to meld into ONE and can compartmentalize enough to lead a somewhat healthy inner life, a spiritual understanding that we are all parts of self.  Is it possible to entertain that we are in the state of ‘becoming’ everything we have been for the last 26,000 years and have been privy to every situation which helps us prepare to attain the perfection of our ongoing soul?  Is MERGING, to then EMERGE as the enlightened soul that has incorporated karmic patterns, personality issues and spiritual awarenesses that needed to be tweaked, in order to find the Oneself, the true operation of ONENESS, that will guide us to an ascension and evolvement of the  Great Souls that we are. 

  These elements of parts of the oneSelf are coming to us in unexplained dreams, whole paradigms of ideas that incorporate ancient wisdom, and relationships that somehow bring about the merging of the feminine/masculine elements into ONE UNIT.  This, by no means, means we act solo in life, in fact it ties us to those of our own ilk who telepathically and empathically seem to grasp our language and our quest. We begin serving one another as equals and bridging the gap for others to follow.  We like to use the benchmark like this: If two people meet, relate and collaborate and that relationship creates an expanded awareness and service beyond the personal needs, then the relationship is truly beneficial to both and to society as a whole.  The spiritual union of two evolved souls who have done their inner work and are understanding the mergence of the inner masculine and feminine, are destined to create a container that will serve the spiritual world in a great manner. Working with the archetypal and alchemical connection to the inner masculine and feminine physio-psychology will be our next study so stay tuned!
