My pet peeve is poor customer service. I just don’t understand how a company, small business or entrepreneur can get along by providing poor customer service. The best businesses are those that never forgot the customer, the ones who made them successful. And we the customer never forget when a business forgets us, even for one transaction.
During this Episode of Enrichment Radio I focus on why businesses, especially small businesses and Entrepreneurs, need to keep the relationship with their customer in mind if they wish to keep their doors open. I talk about relationships as the key to success and that continual business transactions occur when business relationships thrive.
What this all boils down to is telling and living the story you have about yourself and the product or services you have to offer. The more you share the story the more customers will remain loyal to you. The more you live your story the more potential customers will be drawn to your goods and services.
