I've heard it said that the most satisfying form of work is the work we do as if we weren't getting paid to do it.  I tell prospective clients this when they ask how much I charge for my services.  I say, "I'd do this for free, if I didn't have to pay rent or put food on my table."  And its true.

I remember watching the original Star Trek series as a young teenager and I recall they livied in an economy without money.  No wonder Captain Kirk was able to blast off to strange new planets at warp speed.  He had no monetary concerns.  No thinking to himself, "Damn.  I forgot to mail my mortgage payment this month."

What I talk about in this episode of Enrichment Radio is a rationale for doing work for the sake of doing work, and how to live unfettered from the shackles of the monetary concerns which hold us back from living our lives to its fullest potential.
