    It will be interesting to see what impact he had on the Senate democrats during his visit, but President Obama spoke for about 45 minutes in their closed door meeting. It was reported that he made no mention of a public option so it remains to be seen where things go from here. My next show (Saturday) will share this very comprehensive list of esteem building suggestions that will help get rid of the excess baggage many of us carry. The Christian walk requires great faith and determination in order to live our lives victoriously, and I feel compelled to share as much information as I can find to help you win.     Should The President Apologize?

    Police personnel across the nation have united to demand an apology from President Obama. He correctly said the Cambridge police department 'stupidly' arrested Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr., while also acknowledgeing he did not have all the facts of the matter. Regardless of his absence of all the facts, it was indeed a stupid act on behalf of the arresting officers. Gov. Deval Patrick has also spoken out about the injustice, and is also being ask to apologize. What say you? Should Black people keep apologizing for being racially profiled by white police officers in America? Four white policemen were suspended for circulating a racist anti-Obama email in Grand Prairie, Texas this week - so should they apologize too? What say you?     The arrest of a well respected Black man at a time when A well respected Black man resides in the White House, has brought America to a crossroads we must travel through. The direction we take will set the agenda for our nation as we struggle with issues that affect all of us. Partisan politics has caused a divide along ideological lines we can no longer afford to maintain. But as long as we are divided by the color line we will be vulnerable to other nations wanting to see us fail as a super power. My show today will continue a journey into the dark abyss of racism in America, and challenge listeners to speak truth to power about a problem we no longer need in America. Peace - FrankG

    A Case of Racial Profiling

    The arrest of Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr. resurrects an ugly side of law enforcement in America on a national scale. No local yokel is Dr. Gates, but rather an intellectual giant who is highly respected in America. Getting arrested for entering his own home is a case of AWAH (Arrested While At Home), rather than DWB (Driving While Black). AWAH is uglier and more profound so you can expect Skip will not let this go quietly into the night. Even with all charges against him now dropped, I suspect the very proud brother will press his tormentors for a few dollars, apologies, and maybe even free tickets to the Policeman's Ball. My next show will pose this question - What should be done to cops that continue to treat every black man like a criminal regardless of what neighborhood they live in? Or something to that effect.     The rising banter about making marijuana legal has even some in the nation's capitol saying what if. I think California is about to lead an effort by some states to cash in on the popular plant to solve their budget woes. Is it time for the nation to accept decriminalizing marijuana, and controlling it like we do whiskey, beer, and wine? My next show will ask that question and take calls from those of you wanting to give a up or down vote on the matter. My next show will look at this cult masquerading as a Christian mens club and try to figure out their angle. With a law suit against the mistress of a former congressman identifying the C Street house as a place where the husband of the woman scorned met his paramour, the saga takes on an air of mystery and intrigue worthy of a dime store novel.
