    Obama's First Week on the Job

    Obama Is Ready for Prime Time

    Any fears that President Barack Obama is not ready for prime time is misplaced concern, the brother is ready to rumble. He has to be because the right-wing noise machine under the guidance of the RNC has initiated an onslaught against the brother that makes their harassment of Bill Clinton look like childs play. These talking heads of the racist right, lead by the impotent illegal prescription drug abusing bigot Rush Limbaugh, carry on a daily rant against the president laced with lies and serious misinformation. Their audience, useful idiots to stupid to question the veracity of their muses, keep hoping the GOP will return to power starting in 2010. They won't.

    Meanwhile back in Sanityville, we the people are witnesses to an unfolding presidency that will run for eight years. Obama will make the nation long for the days when a good leader could service for four terms ala Franklin D. Roosevelt. This is going to be better than good because we are witnesses.
