Betty Pillsbury - Home to over 300 different herbs, Betty’s garden is a Certified Botanical Sanctuary, Wildlife Refuge and Monarch Way-station located in the Northern Catskills. Betty has studied herbs independently and with several herbal greats. Betty and her husband, Dan, own Green Spiral Herbs – an educational herb farm where they grow herbs, make herbal products, teach extensively and enjoy the beauty that surrounds them.
