In charge of coordinating the 2013 State Golden Gloves Championships, legendary Coach Al Simpson talks about the upcoming event in Charlotte on March 8th and 9th and gives us a full preview. He also discusses what it takes for young aspiring athletes to someday compete as an amateur boxer in the Golden Gloves and the application process.
