Having physical flaws
Living life and learning along the way

Building your career
Wanting better out of your personal life and your physical well-being

Keeping it 100 at all times

Childhood trauma
Past accidents and pain that has impacted you physically or emotionally

Can’t keep apologizing for the faults and actions of others
