Emily was diagnosed with Crohn's as a teenager, but she has been completely healed with vibrant health and a passion for life and her career as a Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach. Her practice is Core Wisdom Wellness. Emily is also thrilled to be one of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride's "army" having graduated in the first GAPS practitioner training in fall 2011. In this show, we talk about Emily's health journey; she's been on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and on GAPS, and shares with us some of the differences she noticed between the two. Emily was careful to point out that no one diet is perfect for everyone and we have to realize that each person is unique.
