  Wii Fit and GTA

  Hi all!
  
  GX here!
  I must say I'm not at all a morning person..well most of the time I'm not.  And I am not fond of indoor exercising. Meaning I hate gyms. I'll go out and walk or run, but I don't like Gyms for no other reason than my exercising is sort of like a spiritual experience.  I want quiet, not hearing music I don't like or people grunting while they struggle to lift weights and I certainly am not fond of sitting in someone else's sweat.  SO most often I'll go for walks or runs (I actually sprint down my street and come back as fast as I can...laugh but it works, lol) and enjoy the day or find things that are labor intensive to do, but double for something else. It's whatever gets you up and moving folks.
  
  So this morning I decided to cross pollinate. No not with flowers..with my Xbox and Wii Fit.  There is something there called Free Step.  You do the old stepping exercises from the gym..you all should remember those. You step in time with the music and step on and off of a board.  We Wii Fit has that and you can watch TV while you do it or listen to music. So I got to thinking..hmmm..I could pull my MP3s through my Xbox through the speakers and do the Wii Free Step at the same time.  Can I tell you that WOW that's hot.  I ended up not doing it because I didn't have the time to set it up and I wanted to do the stepping and get on with the day, but I did grab my Zune and listened to some my new theme song, Where's My Money from GTA IV.  Nothing says getting in shape like stepping to some Busta Rhymes in the AM.  I feel great!  I don't know about you.  Now..as I said I have to get on with my day, but I wanted to share as we are all very excited about the Wii Fit.  Don't forget to listen to our show next week when we'll give you a really in depth look into the Wii Fit and how much you're going to love it (if I don't already have one).
