This week the NYTimes Magazine said "Opt-Out' ladies are wanting to "Opt-In" again after leaving the corporate world for families. The GCL crew asked, "who are these women?" This conundrum that continues to anger many on both sides of the stay-at-home choice. Many African-American women are also wondering if they have an "option" at all.

It's time for a GCL Special! Dr. Richard Banks, author of the book "Is Marriage for White People" will help us explore why the hot subject calls for a different approach when it comes to professional sisters.

Stanford Law School's Prof. Banks is an expert on topics related to race and inequality. His book angered some, intrigued many and inspired other women to broaden their horizons.

This is Game Changers Live so it will wrap around to sports, too. Does Love and Basketball's happily ever after really exist?

  • Are female athletes discouraged from dating?
  • Do gay stereotypes regarding the girl ball player inhibit dating options?
  • Are minority male athletes more inclined toward interracial dating/marriage?

Whew! The topic is bound to ruffle feathers, but Dr. Banks will share his stellar research and help us separate truth from fiction.

Email us your take on the topic, tweet us a question and be sure to join us for this special Monday show.
