Hall of Fame Basketball Writer Jack McCallum on "Dream Team"

If so, don't miss this week's show as the GCL Crew talks to Jack McCallum, one of the most respected sportswriters in the business, about his latest book on that special team of hall of famers...a book that promises to top the New York Times Bestseller list.  

With Opening Ceremonies for the 2012 London Olympics approaching in the next two weeks, Game Changers Live is excited to be joined by Hall of Fame Basketball Writer Jack McCallum a day after his new book "Dream Team: How Michael, Magic, Larry, Charles, and the Greatest Team of All Time Conquered the World and Changed the Game of Basketball Forever" is released. Hoops fans will enjoy the behind the scenes stories from the team that came together 20 years ago during the Barcelona Olympics and changed the future of the NBA.

McCallum was a writer at Sports Illustrated for 30 years & has written four books focused on hoops. We'll ask him about the past, present, and future of the NBA and find out what his favorite stories/interviews are.

Also joining us will be Oscar Dixon, AP South Region Sports Editor and Gregory Lee, NABJ President and senior assistant sports editor of the Boston Globe. The two accomplished journalists will discuss the changing landscape of traditional journalism. We'll also hear about the future for women and minorities in the field.
