Michele Granger is a Fashion and Interior Design professor at MO State University. Her education in textile, apparel management and clothing along with her the writing she has done make her an expert at Trend Forecasting and Design. Michele loves teaching her students the basic elements of fashion along with product development, visual merchandising and how technology plays a part in today’s fashion industry.
Michele has authored textbooks: Fashion: The Industry and its Careers; The Fashion Intern; Case Studies in Merchandising and Apparel & Soft Goods and A Guide to Analyzing Your Fashion Industry Internship. She has also coauthored Fashion Entrepreneurship and Retail Business Planning and has received an award from the International Textile and Apparel Assoc. for Special recognition in Outstanding Fashion Merchandising Education, College Teaching Award and a College Advising Award.
