My guest today will be Debbie Bookstabber of Elemetns and Associates.  Debbie is a well recognizied blogging expert leading many inititives world wide helping businesses realize the benefits of content creation. However, to say that Debbie is a "blogger" may narrow the scope of what she does and what she has accomplished.

She has been involed in marketing for over 12 years, working with travel brands.  In paticular she has won awards conducing campaigns and programs for both Travelocity and Expedia.  In addition to this, she has been an adviser to PR firms worldwide. If you're familiar with Shawn Collins of Affiliate Summit, then you may recognize the fact that he has featured her many times.

Companies Must Now Do Content Marketing

Content marketing probably, at one time was considered something that companies had the option of doing. That isn't the case any more.  Whehter they choose the medium of text, audio or video, companies have to be vigilant and aggressive in using these mediums to get their message acrorss the wave.

The prevailing thought today is that you will need to be regular and consistent.  Frankly, I don't think that will cut it if you're just starting your journed in video marketing or blogging. I think that you need to be consistent, but if you're on chapter one of your journey, you may need to be prolific if other companies have already made their mark.

What this means on an every day basis is to have a plan for content creation, management and distibution. If you're thinkng that this "burden' didn't exist before you're probably right, it didnt.  However, the necessity is just like any other in your business.

We're happy to have Debbie share her epertise with us on what you can be doing to not only share your message but to build your brand.
