Recently we have been discussing, Google Places as it relates to your business. How can you do a better job of meeting the demands of your customer or your client? And how does Google Places allow you to do that? One thing that we have been talking about are mobile phones and how to stay on the forefront of your marketing. There is no doubt that Cell Phones are here to stay and that we must, as marketers be ready to take on our clients' deepest need when they have it. Often they might not wait until they get to their laptop; they will probably do it when it suits them best to do. That means that we are going to have to "be there" for them when they are using their cell phones, their IPhones, their IPads, whatever it is. We need to be in the places that our clients are in the way they want to experience content. Blue Ocean strategy says more than that and talks to us about how we meet the client’s needs. In other words, what are you going to do with that mobile call.
