People from diverse backgrounds are inherently able to work and live together with respect and in harmony. However, learned behaviors--prejudices, fears, and stereotypes--interfere with healthy communication and trust. Join us for Monday Morning Joy as Gail shares how we can increase awareness of individual filters and lenses, develop an understanding of possible cross-cultural challenges, and cultural dynamics. We will get a taste of diversity issues and struggles and how it can impact our everyday living.
