....everyday citizen and RN-turned-writer, I was astounded to learn during my research of individuals who had lived with insulin dependent diabetes. They were able to decrease or stop the medication altogether some time after they began a raw food diet. This is something I will definitely be looking into further. Maybe you could find out more and interview individuals who have had this experience.
He sounds like a very nice person,lol! I say that because fairly recently I began living a 'high raw' food lifestyle-but have been wary of raw food communities, gurus, etc. Clearly, David W. is very passionate about his work and helping others.
