Our inner most reality has a way of creating whatever it is that we focus on the most. When we hold on to emotional pain, then our reality is just that, the pain of our emotions. In our unconscious mind the memories that often reminds us of what our reality is will bring about the beliefs that we are not good enough for whatever it is that is in our life’s at that moment, due to the pain that we have endured in our past. That unconscious guilt can be released therefore changing our inner reality and giving us a better outlook about ourselves and the world around us. .. .. There are several steps that we can take in order to allow our perception to shift to wisdom, acceptance and forgiveness. Only then we are able to focus on what is most important in our lives and move forward with a healthier outlook for our future. .. .. Here are a few steps that we must follow: · Understanding- Trying to understand that whatever the emotional pain is, it is part of life. No matter how much you want to change the past, you cannot. You must move on from the past and look to the here and now!.... · Acceptance- You must accept the fact that whatever your pain is, it is there and real. You must deal with it head on and accept that it has happened..... · Identify- Identify the pain. Put a “name to the face.”.... · Release- Find a way to release that pain. .... · Let Go Of Blame- This is one of the most important steps. Let go of all blame. It doesn’t matter who or what is the blame of your pain. You must let the blame fall to the side. If you continue to blame yourself or others then you have not accepted, understood, or identified, and cannot move on. .... If you feel like your ready to step up to the plate and release all that pain, so that you have the freedom to be happy once more, then here is a few tips:....
