The Art of Participatory Leadership, Explored

Burning Question: How can we address the longing to be together differently in the new economy? This longing has found a voice and is gaining momentum in individuals and organizations not only in the U.S., but worldwide.  In this radio show, we'll speak with Fedor Ovchinnikov, Intercultural Communication Consultant, about his experience with one exemplary network of practitioners and their collective offering:  The Art of Participatory Leadership.

After attending a 3 day training and methodology immersion program in 2012, Fedor's life was changed.  He'll tell us how and why.  

Fedor is an Intercultural Communications and Business consultant and the founder of the Center for Intercultural Communication – a consultancy that helps Russian organizations advance their negotiation strategies in China. A year ago Fedor started a transition from negotiation consulting to participatory-driven process design and facilitation, and he is currently involved in several diverse initiatives ranging from hosting a dynamic self-organizing community of China experts in Russia, to addressing homelessness issues in San Francisco, to developing micro entrepreneurs in Uganda, to bridging the gap between entrepreneurship research and practice across the globe.
