If your Ecosystem Velocity is slower than that of your customer, you lose.  Walmart’s Ecosystem Acceleration over the last  quarter century is now worth some $30 billion to the company.  If you can’t support that, why would WMT do business with you?  To win, your ecosystem must be symmetric with theirs.?
