Funny Business with Comedian Mike Dean & Jim Young

Michael Dean was born on February 24, 1970 and grew up in Caroline county in the state of Maryland. Michael was raised by his mom with help from his grandparents. At a very early age he was interested in comedy and the performing arts, with older friends introducing him to George Carlin's "Take Offs and Put Ons" and Steve Martin's "Let's Get Small" as well as a constant diet of Monty Python, SCTV, SNL and any stand up comedy he could find on TV.

Michael started performing stand up about four years ago in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area of Pennsylvania and was a regular at Wise Crackers and Clam Diggers as well as performing at Mohegan Sun and other venues in northeastern PA. While in Pennsylvania, Michael had the opportunity to work as a production assistant on a film shot in the area titled 'Forged' which is now available on DVD.

Michael recently moved to Chicago with his new girlfriend and has performed at Cole's and Sully's and plans to appear at other venues in 2012. In addition, Michael is currently seeking to improve his performing skills and is studying Improv and Acting at Second City. He will also be launching a podcast soon about the music and culture of his favorite decade, entitled "Attack Of The 80s".

Jim Young is an up and coming Boston comedian, quick witted and clever. He has been entertaining friends, family and random strangers for years. Now he's taking it to the streets!
