Today's focus is balanced chakra system.  Here is what I enjoy doing to help balance my body, mind and spirit.

Exercise: 
Place a blanket on the grass or floor with a small comfortable pillow for your head.
Lay down with back on floor knees raised so back relaxes.
feel roots from bottom of your feet reach deep down into the earth grounding your energies.
I invoke AA michael and Rafael to assist in balancing and clearing my chakras. 
Focus attention on the root chakra, base of spine, color associated with this chakra is red.
Feel red light coming from the heavens into this area, a red warm flow of light filling this area dissolving any blocks that may exist.
Take some deep breaths and affirm and think about these words...
I love my body, my life and everything around me.
It is safe for me to be here.
The earth supports me and meets my needs.
I love my body and trust it's wisdom.
I am interested in abundance.
I trust my higher self fulfills my needs.
my life is full of prosperity.

HEALING STRATEGY: Physical activity, lots of touch, massage, reconnect with the body, grounding, Hatha yoga, look at earliest childhood relationship to mother, reclaim your right to be here;

Now focus on 2nd chakra just below the navel.
color associated with this is orange
repeat as above, feeling loving warm flow of orange coming into that chakra dissolving any  blocks or cords that may exist, blancing and bring much love into this area of your body.
My poppies are blooming right now so i think of that bright orange color in my 2nd chakra.
affirmations to ponder right now would be...
I am now creating my life exactly as i desire.
My physical health is stong and pure.
I accept and acknowledge my sexuality
I deserve pleasrue in my life.
Life is pleasurable.
I move easily and effortlessly.

It's important that you work on setting boundaries with other's.  
HEALING STRATEGY: Movement therapy, emotional release, inner childe work, boundary work, assign healthy pleasures, develop sensate intelligence

Now bring your focus onto your 3rd chakra,
repeat the same visualization, the color associated with this chakra is yellow, it's the solar plexus area.
affirmations:
I am attracting divine prosperity and success.
I honor the power within me.  I accomplish tasks easily and effortlessly.
In a smooth and healthy way, I resolve all unhealthy emotions, i claim my personal power.

HEALING STRATEGY: Risk taking, grounding, emotional contact, deep relaxation, stress control, vigorous exercise, sit-ups, psychotherapy (release or contain anger, build ego strength, work on shame issues, strengthen will)

4th chakra
heart chakra
color green i also feel pink in this area as well

I let go of the past, i love myself. Who i am is enough.
I am worthy of love.
I am loving to myself and other's.
There is an infinate supply of love.
I live in balance with other's.
I freely and easily give and receive love. totally forgive myself and other's for past errors and judgements.
Sit for a moment and feel and ponder one of these affirmations, really feel it, relax and breath.
let it resonate with you, allow this in. breathe easily, enjoy the feeling.

HEALING STRATEGY: Self-discovery, codependency work, forgiveness, inner child work, work with arms, reaching out, taking in, breathing exercise

5th chakra
Throat chakra
color blue
repeat above feeling color blue come into this area. base of throat.
allowing color to dissolve any blocks that may exist, bringing area into balance.

affimations associated:
I communicate clearly, honestly and with love.
I hear and speak the truth.
i express myself with clear intent.
Creativity flow in and through me.
My voice is necessary.

 HEALING STRATEGY: Learn communication skills, letter writing, inner child communication, practice silence (excessive), story telling, singing, chanting, toning, release voice, loosen neck and shoulders

6th chakra
3rd eye
color purple
repeat feeling color flow into this area filling it up with warm purple light, dissolving any and all blocks that may exist.

affirmations:
My higher power guides me in all I do.
My inner vision is clear and strong.  i trust my intuition and inner vision.
i see all things in clarity.
I am open to the wisdom within.
I can manifest my vision.
 HEALING STRATEGY: Meditation, visual stimulation, create visual art, coloring and drawing, working with memory, dream work, hypnosis, guided visualization, past life regression therapy.

6th chakra
crown chakra
color:  white
again repeat feeling white light coming from source into crown area flooding area dissolving any blockes that may exist.

affirmations:
Divine light and love flow through me to everything and everyone around me.
I accept and acknowledge my sprituality.
I am open to new ideas.
Information i need comes to me.
I am guided by a higher power.
I am guided by inner wisdom.
The world is my teacher.

HEALING STRATEGY: Reestablish physical, emotional, spirit connection, spiritual discipline, meditation, examine belief systems, goal setting
