Join me and my special guest: Ms. Tina Hines as we discuss proven methods to ensure that we properly manage our emotions and not let them rule us or our response to the issues of life.

Tina's Bio:

Tina C. Hines is the President and Life Transformation Specialist of For My Sister FriendsTM, a movement for women seeking support as they journey towards inner peace, wholeness and balance in their lives.

Tina’s career has always had one major focus – to assist her sister friends in reconnecting with the woman who has lain dormant. This is done by providing the women with a safe environment to let their guard down. Through what could only be described as the Zen quality inherent within Tina, she has found a way to connect with all women and help them better their lives. One of her favorite quotes is “When you feel good internally, it is exuded externally. No make-up required.”

Tina’s commitment to providing an organization to improve the lives of others stems from her experiences in the corporate world of executive offices. She has played a key role in maintaining executive operations at several well-known organizations, including Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Black Enterprise Magazine and Johnson & Johnson.

Tina recognized that she has the ability to share her experiences and life lessons to help women. She enthusiastically pushes herself and others to become more than what they thought possible and get over issues that had been previously holding them back. It is her unique spirit, her strong commitment, her wealth of experience and her personal growth that makes Tina matchless in her craft as a Life Transformation Specialist. She is able to help women grow and transform because she has been through the transformation herself and can relate to the women she has helped and will continue to help in the future.
