12 days of torture with ebay customer service. premium customer service no less. 12 days & all they did was loop me with form emails blaming me the paying consumer, blaming the cookie monster. Then they close the TICKET despite the fact its still unresolved. Monday I'm calling the FTC toll free number where they'll take my complaint on the phone. And I'm filing a complaint also with the Better Business Bureau
