On todays show we welcomed back the always funny Jenna McCarthy to our show! Jenna was here to talk to us about her latest book that was just released a couple of weeks ago titled "Cheers to the New Mom/Cheers to the New Dad!: Tips and Tricks to Help You Ace the Frist Months of Parenthood". This book is a flip book meaning you read one side of the book and it has tips for Moms and then you flip the book over and now it is Dad's tips on that side. Visit our site today to learn more about Jenna and her wonderful books on parenting!

We are had two great guest speakers on today's show! Our first interview was with Carol McManus a wonderful cookbook author, she actually sent me a copy of her newest cookbook titled "Table Talk, Food, Family and Love" This is the best cookbook I have ever owned, the recipes require minimal ingredients, they are easy to make, very flavorful and help you to bring homecooking back to your dinner table. One of the topics we really discuss during today's show is how when we grew up we ate dinner at the dinner table every night and it was a great way to communicate with our parents and to let them know what was going on in our lives. But in today's tech savy lifestyle we rely too much on fast food and always running, that we forget how important just a simple home cooked meal around the dinner table can be which was the inspriration for Carol on writing this cookbook. Be sure to check out our website to find out how you can order Carol's cookbook you will love it as much as I do!
Our Second guest was Karen from the website Relish! This is a wonderful site for us busy Moms! At Relish they offer you a daily menu for five dinners a week including side dishes and dessert, and then it will compile for you a full grocery lists so all you have to do is pick out your meals, print and go! Each week you can choose from fifteen meals they have chosen for you and choose the ones your family will like, then simply mark them and print off your grocery lists and you are ready to start cooking. The site costs only $7 a month and they offer great catagories like Dinner and a Movie, or Vegetarian dishes, Kid Friendly and so on. In addition to Relish
