If you do not own a twitter account then you do not get to experience the first day of NFL Free Agency like the rest of us. ESPN NFL analyst Adam Schefter lives for days like today and did he ever produce. Every twenty seconds the little man had a new tweet with a player heading to a new team. In fact, twitter broke down for a couple of minutes because of the frenzy. Brian and Joe will discuss some of the moves that took place today as well as free agents that are still out on the table ready to be plucked.

We are less than a month from opening day in MLB and yet Buffalo, NY is expecting 10-12 inches of snow tomorrow. We will have our MLB beat writer Alex Valbergs (@V_bergs) joining us to preview the NL East. The Braves are losing pitchers left and right, Giancarlo Stanton continues to hit moon shots, and will Stephen Strasburgh finally pitch in a post season game come the fall.
