The Frisco Community Newsletter was created in 2001 by former 2-term Frisco City Council Member Matt Lafata. The popular grass-roots newsletter is email blasted to an audience of 41,000 each week and then posted online in the archives at www.FriscoCommunity.com . The content of the newsletter focuses on schools, places of worship, homeowners associations, and non-profit organizations who can submit their news at no charge to be distributed to the massive audience of the newsletter. The radio show, hosted by Matt and his wife Erika, focuses on Frisco organizations and businesses who make a difference in the Frisco, Texas community. The show today features Global Peace Factory, a new gourmet coffee house in west Frisco. The interview with founder Bernard Nussbaumer will bring to light a higher purpose on which Global Peace Factory was founded.
