Protection of Traditional Marriage as Between One Man and One Woman

In 2006, the State of Wisconsin banned same-sex marriages and all same-sex civil unionsin an Amendment to the State’s Constitution. This constitutional provision must be upheld against political assault, because it protects the true fabric of the America family unit and is a lawful exercise of State’s Rights preserved in U. S. Const. Art.I § 8.cl.1-20, U.S. Const. amend.X. of the U.S. Constitution.
