Discussion: There is a difference between a person who is convicted of a crime versus one that is condemned.  In this week’s lesson we learn that it is a good thing to have a conscious that is led by the Holy Spirit to convict you when you are wrong or incorrect and that you can receive justification for your action through the liberty of Christ Jesus redeeming power. The living Word of God doesn’t allow for us to continue in our sins, iniquities, wrong-doings or unrighteous behavior, but we are justified by faith and free from condemnation when we willingly submit ourselves to God and we are set free from the guilt, sin and shame of our past.

Scripture Text: (Galatians 5:1)  Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage and James 1:22-27)
