I'm not claiming to be a guru or expert, I'm just a normal guy who likes to think outside of the box. I believe your dominant thoughts and beliefs are mirrored into your reality. Therefore it would be wise for one to replace destructive thoughts with constructive versions. I also believe that the authentic self really needs not to think, but only listen to its gut.
