Carolyn Cook, Founder and CEO of United 4 Equality, LLC, Architect of HJ Res. 47 & ERA 2015 campaign Presents:

Gender Boxing: How Sex Stereotypes Have Limited Your Potential

Join us for a fun evening  and an open and perhaps lively discussion about the real or perceived differences between the sexes.

What does it mean to act like a woman?  Or a man? What words or expectations come to mind? (e.g., women are emotional, polite, neat vs. men are tough, macho, don’t cry)  How do these attitudes and behaviors arise?  Have you ever wished you were the other gender?  How has being a woman or a man in our society today influenced your life choices?

Call in to share your experience and whether you think stereotypes help or harm us?
