President Obama - Great President or The Greatest President?

Newly reelected, President Obama has the republican party tearing itself apart. A number of senior republicans are conceding to raising taxes. GOP statists are at war with the tea party; and now the speaker of the house is at odds with the majority in congress. Also, today the unemployment numbers came in under expectations.. haha.

Against all odds, President Obama pushes forward with (his?) agenda. Is the president this brilliant? Are the republicans this inept? Or is there another explanation for why this presdent is so successful?
