With the loss of Robin Williams to suicide, the topic of addiction has been in the news, as Williams was a known addict battling the disease. On this show we delve into the issue of addiction with a man well-versed in facing and overcoming such battles.

Eric Louie of San Diego is a member of a group that focuses on recovery from alcoholism. He has been sober since July 1989. He has participated in different positions of leadership within the group, and at present is a board member of a local clubhouse that provides meeting space for 12-step fellowships. His experience in alcoholism and addiction has been primarily in the recovery mode, and helping others to recover from their addictions.
