Freedom Radio, 10 a.m. ET, Wed, May 9: Charles “Cully” Stimson of the Heritage Foundation joins us to discuss the military commission of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. Author Robin Gaby Fisher will tell us about 'The Woman Who Wasn't There'.

Charles Stimson is a nationally recognized expert in national security, homeland security and crime control at The Heritage Foundation. He served as deputy assistant secretary of defense for detainee affairs. He advised then-Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and coordinated the Pentagon’s global detention policy and operations, including at Guantanamo and in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has worked as a trial lawyer, including as a JAG officer, and currently serves the Reserve Trial Judiciary as a military trial judge.

Robin Gaby Fisher and Angelo J. Guglielmo, Jr. wrote of Tania Head’s astonishing account of her experience on September 11, 2001— from crawling through the carnage and chaos to escaping the seventy-eighth-floor sky lobby of the burning south tower to losing her fiancé in the collapsed north tower — transformed her into one of the great victims and heroes of that tragic day. But there was something very wrong with Tania’s story — a terrible secret that would break the hearts and challenge the faith of all those she claimed to champion.
