Challenging Relationships

Our lives are created by relationships. It through relationships that we experience life. Our interactions with others can teach us a great deal about ourselves, as we often define who we are in regards to others. Relationships come in many forms – relationships with people at work, people we live with, people we love, people we do not like, the neighbour, the grocer, etc. If our interaction with those who surrounds us are peaceful and positive then we feel good, however if those relationships challenge us we can carry that energy into many areas of our lives. One bad interaction at work can be played out at home, an unhappy relationship at home can show up at work. Our lives are intermingled, every relationship we have affects our life. How do we create harmonious relationships? Relationships that work?
