Later, on Wednesday, a fertilizer plant would explode halfway across the country in the small town of West, Texas, just outside of Waco, where on this day, in 1995 the seige at the Branch Davidian compound in Mt.  Carmel.

And last night, early morning, chaos erupted in Watertown, near the MIT campus where apparently one suspect was killed and another on the run.  The two are brothers and Chechnyan nationals, Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

The city of Boston, the place where freedom was born in this country, is now in a total state of lockdown.
