Seventy-three years ago, on October 30th, 1938, Orson Welles staged "The War Of The Worlds" with his Mercury Theater Players.

The live broadcast, shocked and frightened a nation.  Millions of people were unaware that they were listening to a radio play until the end of the show.

Rumor has it that "WOTW" was funded by John D. Rockfeller and supervised by none other than Edward Bernays.

We'll listen to the entire broadcast in its entirety and then break it down in hour two.

We'll investigate the hidden hands behind "WOTW" and hear rare audio footage of Orson Welles and War Of The Worlds author, H.G. Wells.
