Ms. March also serves as the volunteer delegate to the Los Angeles County Stakeholders for California Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). One of the original NAMI family organizers in 1979, March served NAMI as national legislative chair during the late 1980’s and as vice president of NAMI’s National Board of Directors from 1992-1994.
