Born at Fort Riley, Kansas, actress Melanie Robel became an "Army Brat". Dealing with new surroundings, new friends and going where ever the wind and her family took her. In her teens, they settled in Florida and after some rambunctious behavior in high school, Melanie set her sights on a career in classical ballet. Sadly, after an injury sidelined that dream, she attended an open casting call and wound up being signed by a management agency. That led her to Los Angeles, but after a few months and a few dead ends, she moved back to Florida to a "normal" life and collage. Melanie graduated from Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology, but still felt something was missing. She realized then, acting was truly in her blood. Melanie has done a couple short and full length films. Also, currently enrolled in ongoing acting classes, which helps her pursue the passion that drives her acting.
