This week on Franchise Today begins the Second Annual Franchise Legal Series. The series has been expanded to seven segments for 2011, up fom four segments last year.
The series premier finds Franchise Attorney, Lane Fisher, joining Franchise Today host, Paul Segreto, to discuss Financial Performance Representations, or as they are more commonly kown throughout franchising, FPR's. Focusing on FPR's, Lane and Paul discuss non-traditionl FPR's, fear of including FPR's in FDD's, and FPR misconceptions by franchisors and attorneys alike. In addition, Lane and Paul touch upon the recent International Franchise Expo and the IFA-hosted Small Business Lending Summit.
