This week on Franchise Friday, host Marissa Ruderman is joined by Tamara Loring, Brand Manager of The Entrepreneur's Source franchise. For over 12 years Tamara has been working with TES Coaches, Business Owners, Franchisors, Clients and fellow team members in various capacities, whether it be to help launch their business, training or developing processes and systems to make the business stronger. Today she will talk about some of the things she has learned about the ways people think about franchising, their misconceptions, worries and fears, and shed some light on the reality of today's franchise industry. She'll also talk about the value of working with a coach, the process that consumers go through in learning about franchising as an option, and demystify some of the biggest misunderstandings about franchising.

About our Guest

“There has to be a better way!” this has been Tamara’s guiding principle ever since she was a child. Some may call it day dreaming, others the entrepreneurial itch. Regardless of where in the world Tamara lived, she found that she was not alone in her quest and in her personal pursuit for self-sufficiency. When Tamara came to the United States over 18 years ago, she immediately felt the connection to the country, to its people, to the American Dream. Then, she found The Entrepreneurs Source, or really it found her. Right from the start, there was a very personal connection for her with the organization’s Vision and Mission, which is to empower individuals to reach their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth and Equity goals, by using business as the vehicle to get there. Needless to say her roles and responsibilities have evolved and changed over the years, but whatever she does, it always is in the spirit to help empower people create a better future for themselves and their families.
