What could be more important than the bond between a parent and child?  It is a fundamental relationship that trumps most other things we will ever do in life.  Well, what happens when a family goes into business together? 

During this Podcast we interview the Merrick Family, the founder of Fish Window Cleaning.  Mike and Linda founded Fish Window Cleaning in 1978 and have built an exceptional franchise model that is both respected and ranked #1 in their industry.  During that time they have involved both of their sons, Nathan and Matt in the day to day operations and leadership of the business from a very early age.  During this discussion we will have the opportunity to learn about the successes and challenges of running a ‘family’ business.
