Nature declares God to man. As a trumpeter, as a herald of God's glory, nature speaks. It spoke to man 2000 years ago; it speaks to man today. St. Paul quotes from the Book of Psalms to show that God has used the sights and sounds of nature to call all nations to fear and reverence before Him.
