The Special On the Menu for this week is "How food affects your Brain, Behavior & other Stuff" with Special Guest & Dietetics Scholar "Kristine Schweitzer." She's currently a Student at Montclair State University. She's expecting her BS in August of 2014. Her major is in Nutrition & Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics. She has volunteered at Cumac Pantry in Paterson, NJ & has helped to create nutritionally balanced food packages for distribution to needy families. She has also volunteered at New Jersey Dietetic Association at The Verizon Health Fair in Cranford, NJ & is currently mentoring 5 underclassmen Dietetic Majors. We will be exploring the connection between what you eat & how you behave.
