A Conversation with OfficialNeek

Dominique " OfficialNeek " Byrd was born in Feb 28, 1994. Raised in  SouthEast Washington D.C.  
His first personal rap experience was at the age of 11. He and his cousin were playing and freestyling around and didn't know what they were saying just rapping. At the time he wasn't into music as much and turned to the streets to occupy his time becoming a reckless kid. As he started getting more mature he  became hip to Go-Go and later started Band. It never really got far but he stayed on the mic rapping. OfficialNeek and his friends decided they wanted to rap. This is when they made the first song was called "I Don't Love These Hoes ". After listening to himself, It was at the moment he knew what he really what to be. After I graduating from DuVal High School, he released the first mixtape called " #LifeStory ". Every track on the mixtape was done in a closet in his bedroom with just a mic and a computer. The mixtape was about his life, growing in the streets and how he is seeing it.
