Every day seems the same for most people. Get up, get ready and go. Either our day is filled with work problems, family problems, and friend issues. But thank God some days just seem wonderfully filled, as others are so complicated with stress and concern. Thank God for good days! As we are coming close to Christmas, many people are preparing to get things ready for this wonderful holiday. Yet many people suffer some minor blues as they approach one of the world’s greatest occasions and Christian holiday season. The issue many face unknowingly during this season is holiday blues and better known as “Seasonal Depression”. Instead of joy and being filled for a wonderful holiday, they seem dragged down, depressed and even want to withdraw from the scene. Today we like to talk about these “holiday blues” and how we all can overcome them and receive a blessing from God in His joy and peace during this Christmas season, 2010. Scripture Text Key Point: "These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full" (John 15:11 ).
