For 30 years, Beth Polner Abrahams has provided quality legal representation to seniors and the disabled, customizing each client’s estate, elder law and special needs planning to meet the personal needs of their families, children and other loved ones. Her broad legal background includes federal and state litigation and appeals in the New York State Appellate Division and Court of Appeals, and advocacy for equal housing opportunity under federal and New York State law and banking law. She is a member of the New York State, Nassau, and Suffolk Bar Associations. Ms. Polner Abrahams is past chairperson and a current member of Senior Umbrella Network of Nassau, Suffolk and Queens, an association of business professionals and advocates involved with seniors. She is also past chair of the Nassau County Bar Association Elder Law Committee and current chair of a subcommittee of the Executive Committee for the NYS Bar Association’s Elder Law Section.
