Still Flyin' Over the Heartland

The Lamestream Media is trying so hard to tamp down the news of the U.S. Supreme Court's scheduling to hear oral arguments to the constitutionality of ObamaCare. Of the various provisions being objected to by various state supreme courts as well as a few activist federal judges taking it upon themselves to legislate from the bench, only the individual mandate seems to be what they care about; minimize the other considerations and all this headache goes away and >YAY!< a win for *our* Chosen One!

Also more out of the Occupy Movement that's been learned recently. Various Occupy locations have been "evicted" from their squatter/squallor camps. All the while the slackers/ hipsters/ leftover & way past their "use by" date hippies are crying foul and screaming First Amendment, while ignoring municipal ordinances. More reports of violence (both among themselves and toward law enforcement elements), murder (THREE now) and sexual assaults (now up to 12, with 4 being date rape related) at numerous Occupy Movement locations around the country. Gotta enjoy that hypocrisy at full throttle, but the restrictor's handles are being used by the Professional Left Media.

Another issue to consider in this election season- it would seem there's a series of candidates that are running for office who are trying to get on the Democratic ticket, but are actually camouflaged Stalinists. They have the belief they should implement provisions for deciding students' future occupation & schooling due to their aptitude on scores; this had been implimented by a previous body for over 60 years which failed - it was called the Politburo.

So ladies & menfolk... sit down, strap in & HOLD ON!
