1 - click on "FlyLady Tools" 2 - page down till you find the show you want to save 3 - click on download and save to your PC. Hope this helps

I am a brand new FLYbaby, I can't sit down and listen to this at the computer, nor can I blast this from my computer speakers - can someone please post how to load this to MP3 or to an ipod? This is awesome, I just need it to be on the go!

I love this show. It keeps me moving during WHB. I never got the WHB until Flylady came up with this download! I always got distracted when I came back to the computer to check what I needed to do next (I'm such a SHE). I consider this my weekly "freshening up." wiping down my houses face and doing a quick comb through the hair.

This weel I did my WHB for the 3rd week in a row. I listened to flylady all three times. This time I was already anticipating what the next session was going to be. It may get to the point where I won't need to listen to the tool while I do my WHB ,but for now I just love hearing her tell me what I'm supposed to do.

This is a brilliant idea - it helps those of us who need more than just knowing we need to do something. I've listened to about half of the show so far - and I'm well motivated. I've never managed the Weekly Home Blessing. But hearing you talk us through each phase is brilliant. And then your timer goes off - I'm like a spaniel hearing HMV! My ears go up and I look round for my timer to switch it off! Your comments about making the bed really got home to me. I've always preferred "flat"

This is an amazing idea! I can't wait to slip on my ipod and go to town. It is so much easier not to be sidetracked with flylady's encouraging words and direction in your ear, as you go to town.
